\u00een cooperativa agricol\u0103 de produc\u021bie, <strong>nu au predat sau nu li s-au preluat la stat terenurile<\/strong> prin acte translative de proprietate <b>pot solicita, la cerere, comisiei jude\u021bene emiterea titlului de proprietate \u00een condi\u021biile noii legi, astfel:<\/b><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify\">dac\u0103 de\u021bin\u0103torii sau mo\u0219tenitorii acestora figureaz\u0103 cu terenul \u00een registrele agricole sau registrele cadastrale \u0219i \u00een eviden\u021bele fiscale;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify\">pentru terenul \u00een cauz\u0103 nu a fost deschis\u0103 carte funciar\u0103 \u00een baza Legii cadastrului \u0219i a publicit\u0103\u021bii imobiliare nr.7\/1996, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify\">terenul nu face obiectul cererilor de reconstituire sau constituire a dreptului de proprietate de c\u0103tre alte persoane \u0219i nici nu s-a eliberat anterior titlu de proprietate cu privire la acesta.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"eael-accordion-list\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"pe-ce-tip-de-terenuri-pot-s-construiesc\" class=\"elementor-tab-title eael-accordion-header\" tabindex=\"0\" data-tab=\"2\" cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre III \u0219i V<\/b> \u0219i categoria de folosin\u021b\u0103 <b>arabil, vii \u0219i livezi <\/b>dar \u0219i <b>p\u0103\u0219une<\/b> (Legea 254\/2022) sau pe <b>parcele cu lucr\u0103ri de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri funciare.<\/b><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"eael-accordion-list\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div privind fondul funciar prin care s-a stabilit c\u0103 persoanele \u00een posesia c\u0103rora se afl\u0103 terenul aferent casei de locuit, anexelor gospod\u0103re\u0219ti, cur\u021bii \u0219i \u0219i art. 27 alin. Totu\u0219i, un asemnea litigiu poate fi complex \u0219i este recomandat s\u0103 ave\u021bi un avocat specializat \u00een dreptul imobilialelor.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"eael-accordion-list\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"ce-este-exproprierea\" class=\"elementor-tab-title eael-accordion-header\" tabindex=\"0\" data-tab=\"9\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1659\"><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-closed\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-opened\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-accordion-tab-title\">Ce este exproprierea?<\/span><\/div><div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1659\" class=\"eael-accordion-content clearfix\" data-tab=\"9\" aria-labelledby=\"ce-este-exproprierea\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Exproprierea presupune trecerea for\u021bat\u0103 \u00een proprietatea statului sau localit\u0103\u021bii a unui imobil.
