justify\">Conform art. 59 din Codul Muncii niciun salariat nu poate fi niciodat\u0103 dat afar\u0103 pentru <strong>motive discriminatorii.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">De altfel, exist\u0103 \u0219i alte<strong> motive care au durat\u0103 temporar\u0103 \u00een timp:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify\">atunci c\u00e2nd salariatul este \u00een concediu medical;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify\">pe perioada c\u00e2t salariata este gravid\u0103 (dar numai \u00een m\u0103sura \u00een care angajatorul a luat cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 de aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie \u00eenainte de a dispune concedierea);<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify\">pe perioada concediului de maternitate sau de cre\u0219tere a copilului \u0219i nici \u00een concediul de odihn\u0103.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"eael-accordion-list\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"n-ce-condiii-pot-concedia-un-salariat\" class=\"elementor-tab-title eael-accordion-header\" tabindex=\"0\" data-tab=\"3\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2243\"><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-closed\"><i style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify\">s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irea unei <strong>abateri grave<\/strong> or<strong> abateri repetate<\/strong>,<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify\">dac\u0103 este <strong>arestat pentru o perioad\u0103 mai mare de 30 de zile<\/strong>,<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify\">pentru <strong>necorespundere
